About Dr. Kelli Nelson
Meet Dr. Kelli
I grew up on a ranch in Kansas, played college sports, and spent most of my life moving, which means I also spent a lot of time getting hurt, pushing through, and figuring out what my body needed to keep going.
That personal experience is a big part of why I became a chiropractor. I know what it's like to feel frustrated by pain that doesn't make sense, to try things that don't stick, and to want answers instead of just another set of exercises. I wanted to be the kind of provider who actually helps people understand what's going on, not just manage it.
Now, as a mom and a clinician, I see those same patterns in the people who come to see me. Women navigating the demands of pregnancy and the often-overlooked recovery that follows. Athletes trying to get back to the sport or activity that makes them feel like themselves. People who are tired of guessing and ready for something that actually works.
My practice is built around those people. The ones who want to understand their body, not just treat it.
