What I Do

Every person who walks in has a different story.
My job is to figure out what's actuaally driving the problem, and then build a plan that addresses it.

I work with a range of tools: chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, rehab, and movement work. What I use depends on what you need. No preset protocols, no arbitrary timelines. The goal is always to get you to a place where you understand your body and can maintain your own progress so you don’t have to keep coming back indefinitely.

I work with people of all ages, with a particular focus on women through pregnancy and postpartum, and athletes navigating injury or return to sport.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Restoring proper joint movement is often the foundation of everything else. Adjustments help reduce pain, improve function, and allow the body to move the way it's designed to.

Postpartum Rehab

Pregnancy and birth change the body in significant ways, many of which go unaddressed. Postpartum rehab is about rebuilding strength, restoring function, and helping you feel like yourself again.

Functional Dry Needling

A precise technique that targets muscle tension and trigger points to reduce pain and improve movement. Often effective for persistent issues that haven't responded to other approaches.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Hands-on work that addresses restrictions in muscle and connective tissue. Used alongside adjustments to improve mobility, speed recovery, and get to the root of what's holding you back.

Rehabilitation

Movement-based rehab that builds strength and stability where you need it most. Not generic exercises — work that's specific to your body, your history, and what you're trying to get back to.

Pilates

A foundational tool for building core strength, improving posture, and retraining movement patterns. Particularly useful during recovery or as part of a longer-term maintenance plan.

Infared Sauna

Supports recovery, recovery, reduces inflammation, and promotes relaxation. A simple addition that can make a meaningful difference, especially for people dealing with chronic tension or fatigue

Not sure where to start?

That's completely normal. Most people come in with a vague sense that something's off but aren't sure what they need. Book an appointment and we'll figure it out together.
