Postpartum Rehab

Pregnancy and birth change your body in significant, specific ways. Postpartum rehab is about understanding those changes and giving your body the support it actually needs to heal and rebuild.

Dr. Kelli takes a research-based approach to postpartum recovery, drawing from DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and other movement frameworks rooted in how the body is designed to function. Rather than jumping into generic strengthening exercises, this process starts at the foundation: breath, core activation, and whole-body movement patterns, and builds from there.

This matters because issues like diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction don't resolve on their own just because time has passed. They respond to specific, intentional work. Done right, that work helps you feel more connected to your body, move with more confidence, and build real, lasting strength.

As a mother herself, Dr. Kelli understands what postpartum recovery actually looks and feels like. This isn't a generic rehab protocol. It's care that meets you where you are.
