Infrared Sauna

The infrared sauna is a simple, evidence-supported tool for recovery, reducing inflammation, and supporting the body's natural healing processes.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared heat penetrates directly into the body, gently raising your core temperature and producing the therapeutic benefits of deep heat without intense humidity. You can use it fully clothed, making it accessible and easy to add into your care routine.

Regular sauna sessions support muscle repair and recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. For people dealing with chronic tension, fatigue, or the cumulative stress of everyday life, consistent sessions can make a meaningful difference.

What it supports:

  • Muscle recovery and repair

  • Reduced inflammation and joint pain

  • Improved circulation

  • Stress and tension relief

  • Immune system support

  • Detoxification

Sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes. First-time clients are encouraged to start with 30 minutes. Please drink at least 8 oz of water before your session and 24 oz after. Water and towels are provided.
