Pilates
Pilates is one of the most effective tools for retraining the core, improving posture, and rebuilding movement from the ground up, especially when done with clinical intention.
Dr. Kelli uses Pilates as both a rehabilitation tool and a standalone practice. At its core, Pilates is about breath, posture, and precise movement, the same foundational elements that underpin good function in everything else you do. When those patterns are solid, everything else gets easier.
For people in recovery or managing chronic conditions, Pilates offers a low-impact way to build real strength without loading the body before it's ready. For people who are generally healthy, it's an effective way to develop better body awareness, reduce injury risk, and move with more ease.
Dr. Kelli is a Balanced Body Level 1 Certified Pilates teacher with additional training in Polestar Pilates Rehab, bringing both the clinical and movement sides of Pilates together.
