Meet Dr. Kelli

Your body is telling you something. I help you figure out what it is.

When pain lingers or keeps coming back, it's rarely just about where it hurts. It's about the full picture. That includes how your body moves, how it's adapted, and what's changed over time. My job is to look at all of it.

I combine chiropractic care with soft-tissue therapy and rehabilitation. But, more importantly, I make sure you understand what's happening and why. You won't just follow a plan. You'll know the thinking behind it.

WHAT WE OFFER

Most people come in feeling frustrated - like they’ve tried everything and nothing sticks. What I’ve found is they haven’t had someone take the time to look at the whole picture. That’s where we start.

Is this the right fit for you?

You might be in the right place if you're dealing with something that hasn't fully resolved. That could be a new injury, lingering pain, or the kind of fatigue and tension that builds up when life gets demanding.

I work especially well with women navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and athletes working through injury or returning to movement. But really, I work with anyone who wants to understand what's going on in their body - not just get a temporary fix.

My approach connects the dots between how you move, how you feel, and how you're living. That means we look beyond the symptom and talk about the whole picture. No fads, no one-size-fits-all plans. Just clear, practical guidance built around you.

FAQ

Q: Do I have to commit to ongoing treatment?

A: No. The goal is always to get you to a place where you don't need to be here as often, or at all. Every plan is built around your individual needs and what you're trying to achieve, not a fixed number of visits. Treatment wraps up when we've hit the goals we set together.

Q: What does Dr. Kelli treat?

A:  Dr. Kelli works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and more. She has a particular focus on women's health through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and on helping athletes return to the activities they love. If something in your body isn't moving or feeling the way it should, it's worth a conversation.

Q: Why does neck and lower back pain keep coming back?

A: Usually it comes down to a combination of restricted joints and muscles that are either too tight or too weak, often both at the same time. For example, your lower back may be overworking because your core isn't pulling its weight. Understanding that pattern is what makes it possible to actually resolve it, rather than just manage it.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We don't file insurance claims directly, but we'll give you everything you need to submit your own claim if you'd like to do that. Just ask and we'll make it straightforward
